THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO

My name is Madison Peitz and I danced competitively for 18 years beginning with studio training and transitioning to my high school and college dance teams. I have been teaching and coaching ever since and it is a passion I will always pursue.

Throughout my dance career my teammates and I have dealt with many overuse injuries such as sprained ankles and pulled hamstrings that I continually danced through because I didn't know where to get help or how to take care of my body.

​

My mission is to give competitive dancers the resources they need to get out of their current pain and prevent future injury so they can compete and perform at their greatest potential.
